• For projects above ₹20,000, payment will be divided into 3 milestones
• Final delivery and website handover are subject to full payment completion

3. Development & Delivery

• The website will initially be developed on a temporary server for review
• All requested changes and revisions will be completed before final delivery
• The website will be made live on the client’s domain only after full payment is received

4. Revisions

We offer revisions to ensure client satisfaction. However, excessive or out-of-scope changes may require additional charges.

5. Project Timeline

Project timelines may vary depending on requirements, revisions, and client responsiveness. Delays in feedback may affect delivery time.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information and content
• Giving timely feedback and approvals
• Supplying necessary materials (logos, images, etc.)

7. Refund Policy

• Once the project has started, no refunds will be provided
• Advance payments are non-refundable after work has begun

8. Intellectual Property

Once the project is completed and full payment is received:

• The website ownership is transferred to the client
• WebDesignix may showcase the project in its portfolio

9. Support

We may provide support after project delivery. The scope and duration of support will be defined during the project.

10. Limitation of Liability

WebDesignix is not liable for:

• Any business losses or damages
• Third-party service issues (hosting, plugins, etc.)
• Delays caused by external factors

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if there is a violation of terms or non-cooperation from the client.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
